Elmo, with the help of Marianne, completed the requirements to get his rally advance title on March 21st, 2010! Great job to you both! We’re so proud of you!

Little Max is doing well. Here is what his mom said, “Here’s a picture of Max. He’s doing really well and is growing a lot. He’s just the sweetest little fellow.”

Marianne sent updates on Elmo and a picture of his new buddy, Jasper, who will be on the flyball team with him! Here is what Marianne said, “Last week Elmo tried Rally advanced for the first time. The first day it took me three attempts to get him over the jump and so he did not qualify. The second day he did awesome but his stupid handler messed up! He went over the jump first shot the second day. The judge said he would have qualified if I hadn’t taken a step during the pivot. Bummer!  By the way- rally advanced is all off lead so it is really challenging. I am going to take advantage of the time off from shows (next obedience show isn’t until August) to get him neutered. Since I am not showing conformation and it is better health wise- I decided it was time”

We got updates from Paige’s new mom, Susan. She says, “Hey, sorry I meant to contact you over the weekend but time got away from me. Miss Paige is settling in pretty well . She is the “princess” of all she sees and has made herself at home in my bed and on the sofa! She has snuggling down to an art form. The first night she slept on my chest. She has also done pretty well with her leash ‘walkies’. Mom and I just adore her and I’ll send pics when I get them.”

We are so glad to hear that Paige is settling in and having a lovely new life with her new family! We miss you Paige but are very happy for you!

We got some updates from Gayle on Lily! Lily is doing great! Gayle says, “Just wanted to let you know that she is doing just fine and we love her so much and as with the other doxie she too is now spoiled but she is such a good dog and it is hard to believe that is has been over a yr that we brought her home   — I know she is happy and now wants to go bye bye all the time at first she was a little scared  of the car  but now she wants to go everytime she hears the keys rattl.”

Yay Lily! We are so happy you are living the life of Riley!

Elmo took fourth place in the Halloween costume contest our of 45 contestants! I LOVE this costume and this boy!!! Yay Elmo!!!
